When dealing with a large number of product projects and customer needs, the distribution system can efficiently classify products according to specified data and distribute them to the corresponding circulation outlets, so it is the most important part of the logistics center. This device embodies the application of big data. The product is transported through the horizontal conveyor of the vertical conveyor and the product information is identified by a bar code reader. The sorting device on the conveyor then accepts the message and finally passes through the diverting device, such as the pusher, the eject wheel, the transfer table, and etc.


The sorting system and the picking system are a complete solution that cannot be cut. The former greatly improves the accuracy of the product classification through data collection. The latter is the formal implementation of the product classification after the product has reached the initial resolution in the sorting system. The related auxiliary equipment can ensure the correctness of the product type, quality and quantity.
