Automatic Stacking System

The objects are stacked on the pallet through electromechanical integrated automation to assist in the transportation and warehouse storage management.

The stacking system calculates and executes the optimal product stacking mode, and quickly processes the product stacking execution between the station and the station. Through system management, efficient integration of resources, greatly reducing man-hours and saving manpower, and the analysis function and early warning mechanism of big data can effectively avoid failures, increase production capacity and reduce maintenance costs. This system can also be combined with ERP and shipment management system to provide real-time analysis of factory intelligent data to create a highly efficient smart factory.

With the roller, the product can be transported back and forth. Manual and fully automatic control, using PLC man-machine interface processing. This system can be further integrated with the production management system of the production line, and the computer system automatically controls the number of boards arranged on each pallet. The back end can also be combined with the baling equipment to fix the stacked items on the pallet to achieve centralized quality management and safety enhancement. Finally, the pallet is transported to the automatic storage and storage management by means of conveying equipment such as an unmanned vehicle.

Through the setting of various parameters, the automatic stacking system can improve the single movement efficiency of the product and maximize the space utilization. When the conveyor is fully loaded, a buzzer will sound a warning to enhance safety, and it will be intelligent and unmanned, effectively improving the overall efficiency of the plant.
